The residents have told Diamond News that this has compromised security in the area.

Mary Kabaso, the aunt to the deceased who reported the matter to the police in Mansa District recounts how the family had to travel 30 kilometers to Mansa District to report the matter to the Police.
Ms. Kabaso says there is too much lawlessness among the youths in the area.
