The Lusaka High Court has allowed murder accused 19 year old Bushimbwa Mwakacheya of Lusaka’s Salama Park to undergo mental assessment before his murder trial.This follows an application by his lawyers that he is not fit for trial in his current mental state.Mwakacheya is accused of killing his parents Alphonsina 52 and 53 year old Nathaniel Mwakacheya on August 6, 2022.The findings of the medical report will determine if he will undergo trial.
