LUSAKA STATE LODGE FAMILIES DEFIANT 

Families whose houses were demolished in Lusaka’s State Lodge area a few months ago have started rebuilding insisting that the land belongs to them. Chris Soko, an Administrator, says the tents that were provided by government will not shield them during the rainy season. A few months ago, houses were demolished in State Lodge leaving over sixty families stranded on allegations that they were squatters.
