Former Home Affairs Minister Lameck Mangani says the Judicial Complaints Commission have unfairly treated suspended Director of Public Prosecution, Lilian Siyunyi.
Mr. Mangani says the Judicial Complaints Commission is not competent to hear the allegations against Ms. Siyunyi as most of them have personal interests to serve.
Mr. Mangani has advised President Hakainde Hichilema to be weary of people advising him over the matter because they are not putting the interests of Zambian people first.
Meanwhile, Ms. Siyunyi’s lawyer Abraham Mwansa says they have faith in Zambia’s judicial system and believe the people appointed to hear the matter are officers of the law.
