Mines Minister, Paul Kabuswe, says news circulating that Sugilite which was intercepted in Kabwe, Central Province has vanished, is false.
Mr. Kabuswe says government is working out a plan on how to proceed with the mine hosting the mineral without disrespecting license holders.
He says government will follow the due process in the matter.
And Central Province Member of Parliament, Credo Nanjuwa, says the intercepted mineral is under military care and will be used as evidence in the courts of law.
