The public is perturbed by the rescue of 13 girls from a Libala house in Lusaka.

Confused neighbors such as Robby Chitambo, who emotionally narrates how one of the victims who managed to escape from the house banged on his gate for help.

Chitambo says the girl who appeared frail alerted him that there were other desperate girls held hostage in a gated residence that is often manned by three men.

He further reveals that it was during the tense moments that he called for help from neighbors who rescued about eight girls before police arrived and took the victims to an unknown location possibly for medical treatment.

Him, alongside other witnesses, claim 22 year old Pamela Chisumpa is among the people rescued.

In an eleven seconds video clip making rounds on social media, appears to be the image of Pamela who is heard requesting for a mobile phone to call her sister.

The mobile money agent has been missing for 182 days, an issue that Diamond Media Reporters Victoria Kayeye Yambani and Joan Musabila have been pursuing for six months.

In the first video that surfaced in April, the helpless booth operator was filmed pleading with her family to pay a K15,000 Ransom demanded by her abductors that were captured repeatedly assaulting Pamela.

Then several weeks went without a word from her, a situation that sparked anxiety in the public but later Home Affairs Minister disclosed that the 22 year old had made a phone call to her boyfriend in apparent desperation to have him pay the ransom.

The nation awaits to get a statement on the identities of the 13 victims and confirmation if Pamela is among them.

One person suspected to be linked to the case has been apprehended and the live broadcast earlier held at the scene showed a man in handcuffs leading investigators around the residence.
