President Hakainde Hichilema has called for a shared vision not only for Zambia but Africa as a whole.

Speaking during a press conference held at Urugwiro Village, the office of the President in Rwanda, President Hichilema notes that consistent, acceptability of common visions is what will help bring about development.

And Rwandan President, Paul Kagame, has expressed happiness on the progress that is being made in dealing with the conflict in Mozambique.

He notes that victims of the infighting in that part of Africa are slowly returning back to their normal lives.

President Hichilema has since concluded his two day State visit to Rwanda at the invitation of his counterpart Kagame.

The Head of State has proceeded to Paris, France to attend a two-day Summit for New Financing Pact, where key figures such as Chinese Premier Li Qiang will be in attendance.

It is expected that during the event government creditors will present a debt restructuring proposal as the nation hopes to dismantle the $12.8 billion loan.
