Zambian President, Hakainde Hichilema, has promised to address challenges faced by students at the University of Zambia (UNZA) and other universities in the country.
Among the challenges include accommodation, internet and sanitation.
Addressing hundreds of students at the Great East road campus in Lusaka, the President says his government will ensure that student hostels within the campus are complete.
And UNZA student, Chandra Choongo, thanked the President for the gesture and criticized those who had scraped off meal allowances.
