Patriotic Front PF presidential aspiring candidate Given Lubinda has called on the government to pay farmers who supplied maize to the Food Reserve Agency FRA.
Speaking shortly after meeting PF structures in Livingstone, Mr. Lubinda says the ruling United Party for National Development UPND has strong opposition from farmers who have not been paid.
He is of the opinion that strong opposition is not by political players but by people the UPND regime has neglected such as farmers.
Meanwhile, UPND Livingstone Youth Chairperson Gerald Kuyewana says Mr. Lubinda should be the least to point fingers at the government, saying the country is far much better than it was during the PF regime.
