Two weeks after her death, the family of Margaret Chabala is still demanding answers, insisting her death during childbirth could have been prevented.
Margaret died together with her triplets at Kanyama Hospital, in what the family alleges was negligence by the medical personnel who attended to her.
The family says the only response they received from authorities was the collection of the triplets for burial two days after Margaret had already been laid to rest.
They are now calling on government to urgently intervene and address their concerns, warning that failure to act could expose more women to similar risks within the health system.
