The Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ) has indefinitely suspended eight General Certificate of Education (GCE) examination centres across the country due to widespread examination malpractices.
As a result, the exam results of thousands candidates have been nullified with Lusaka’s Chitimukulu Secondary School impacting 1,318 candidates.
Other suspended centres include Sefula GCE Centre in Mongu, where 653 candidates are affected.
However the affected candidates at Lusaka’s Chitimukulu Secondary School have voiced their concerns stating that not everyone was involved in the alleged malpractice.
