The Lusaka Magistrates court has heard that a 48 year old man of Lusaka’s Matero township sexually abused his three daughters as his wife denied him conjugal rights.
The accused is charged with three counts of incest following accusations of defiling his three biological daughters.
The victims are ages 14, 12 and 10.
The accused was reported by his wife in September last year after being caught re-handed with his daughter on their matrimonial bed.
It is alleged that when asked, during a warn an caution statement, he revealed that he only gave his daughter his manhood to play with as his wife was dénying him his conjugal rights.
Meanwhile medical reports before court confirm sexual abuse but no penetration.
Magistrate Chilangwa has set March 24 2026 for ruling on case to answer.
