Lumezi Member of Parliament, Munir Zulu, has arrived at the Lusaka Magistrates Court for ruling on his bail application pending trial.
In this matter, Mr. Zulu is facing charges of defamation against two cabinet ministers namely Finance Minister Dr. Situmbeko Musokotwane and Infrastructure Minister, Charles Milupi.
He accused the two Ministers of receiving bribes in relation to the Lusaka Ndola dual carriageway project.
Last week, Chief resident magistrate Davies Chibwili revoked his bond after absconding court proceedings.
Among the people who have come to offer him solidarity include, PF Acting President Given Lubinda, Former DMMU National Coordinator Chanda Kabwe and Petauke Central Independent Member of Parliament Jay Emmanuel Banda, among others.
