
Livingstone Magistrate Court has adjourned for the third time the judgment in a case in which Livingstone Mayor Constance Muleabai is accused of soliciting bribes.
Chief Resident Magistrate Kalifano Manyepa has adjourned the matter to February 2, 2026, after presiding magistrate Trevor Kasanda failed to travel.
Both the accused and her defense team were absent from the court during the hearing.
