A 75-year-old man of Mpalakujala village in Chief Kapata Moyo in Chipata, Eastern Zambia has been arrested and charged for indecent assault of a 14-year-old girl.
According to Eastern Province Police Commanding Officer Limpo Liywalii, the man identified as Tobias Banda was administering traditional herbal medicine for an unknown condition, when he touched the minor’s breasts and tattooed her buttocks using a razor blade.
Mr. Banda is further accused of engaging in oral sex with the minor.
The incident occurred on 13th August 2023, at Chafumela village in Chief Kapatamoyo of Chipangali District.
