A branch manager for a Financial Lending institution has appeared before the Chinsali magistrate court for theft by servant amounting to one million Kwacha.
Clifford Chongo of Good Fellow Finance has been dragged to court by his company for theft which is alleged to have taken place between January and May 2024.
Bank statements and bank withdrawal slips have been tendered as evidence.
