Chapter One Foundation has expressed displeasure on the conduct of the police at the residence of Former President Edgar Lungu in Lusaka’s Ibex Hill.
On Wednesday, Dozens of heavily armed police officers raided the home of the former President and demanded to search the premises for vehicles allegedly stolen by ex-first lady Esther Lungu.
However, chapter one foundation says such conduct by the police has the ability to cause unrest.
In a statement, Chapter One Foundation Executive Director Linda Kasonde says every person should be regarded innocent until proven guilty by the court of law.
