A 17 year old boy Victor Chibuye has drowned in floods in Lusaka’s Kamwala South Area.
The boy is said to have drowned when he attempted to swim alongside his friends.
The incident occurred on Saturday, February 18, 2023.The body has not been recovered.
The family has expressed concern that authorities have not helped to retrieve the body.
Lusaka’s Kamwala South is among the areas that have been hit hard with flush floods causing many residents to abandon their houses.
