A 9-year-old girl from Kapata Streamside was allegedly defiled by a 39-year-old neighbor, in a shocking incident that highlights the vulnerability of children in the community.
According to Eastern Province Police Commanding Officer Robertson Mweemba, the alleged defilement occurred on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at approximately 10:00 when the suspect dragged the child into his house.
