Socialist Party President Fred M’membe has appeared before the Lusaka Magistrate where he has not pleaded guilty to a seditious practices related case.
In this matter the renowned politician is charged with one count of seditious practices contrary to the laws of Zambia, this follows an article allegedly published on his Facebook and Twitter accounts linked to a governance matter.
