Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) Financial Analyst, Francis Chipyoka, has been arrested by the police for the alleged murder of IBA Director General Guntila Muleya.
Mr. Chipyoka has become the fifth person to be arrested in this matter following the arrest of three police officers and a civilian on Saturday July 27, 2024.
