The Lusaka High Court has sentenced 30-year-old Vincent Mulenga of Desai Compound in Lusaka, to 15 years imprisonment with hard labour for indecently assaulting three teenagers of Lusaka’s Matero Township.
Facts in this matter are that Mulenga abducted three children whom he sexually assaulted and sold to other men for sex.
Justice Mwaka Ngoma reprimanded Mulenga for his behaviour for exploiting young girls.
In her verdict, Justice Ngoma sentenced Mulenga to 15 years imprisonment with hard labour to run concurrently with the five year jail sentence for abduction slapped on him by the subordinate court.
