Five people have died in a Road Traffic accident that happened on Monday morning at Kansuswa Bridge along Mufulira-Sabina Road in Mufulira District in the Copperbelt Province.
Involved was a Toyota Hiace Mini bus, a Volvo Truck and a Mitsubishi light truck belonging to G and G bakery.
According to a police report, the accident occurred when the Volvo truck hit a light truck, then swerved and collided with a passenger bus.
Six victims who escaped with injuries are currently receiving medical attention at Kamuchanga District Hospital, while the three drivers escaped the accident unhurt.
