Some residents of Lusaka’s Matero Township have continued drawing water from unsafe sources.
The residents are accessing water from manholes belonging to the water utility company.
They have told Diamond News that the facilities have been left open and as such, they’re taking advantage by draw water due to erratic supply.
But Lusaka Water Supply and Sanitation Company Public Relations Manager Nshamba Muzungu has cautioned the residents against accessing water from unsafe sources.
