Finance and National Planning Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane is expected to meet the AfDB Governor for China to liaise on debt restructuring and other matters of mutual development interest in El Sheikh, Egypt.
Dr. Musokotwane accompanied by Permanent Secretary for Economic Management and Finance Danies Chisenda is in El Sheikh, Egypt, for the 2023 Annual Meetings of the African Development Bank (AfDB) Group.
The Minister will have meetings with AfDB top officials and investors in different forums and engagements with various developmental partners.
Dr. Musokotwane has described the outing as an opportunity for Zambia to enhance economic diplomacy to consolidate the country’s position as one of Africa’s best investment destinations.
