Some applicants in Mansa District, who are applying for their NAPSA partial withdraw in Mansa District have bemoaned the tedious process they have to undergo to access their funds.
The applicants who claim that they are coming from as far as Samfya District, Mwansabombwe and other towns in Luapula Province say they have been waiting in long queues before they can be attended to.
Meanwhile, The Mwata Kazembe of Luba Lunda Empire of Mwansabombwe District has implored government to consider increasing the partial withdraw from the 20%.
NAPSA has to date paid 237.4 million kwacha to 6,177 beneficiaries of their pre-retirement lump sum benefits, since April 17, 2023.
