The Lusaka City Council is investigating some massage parlors and boarding houses for allegedly promoting prostitution.
This follows complaints by concerned residents that some establishments were operating as brothels in the guise of being massage parlors.
LCC Director of Public Health, Victor Kagoli, has told Diamond News that the exercise that will be concluded this month as the institution seeks to regulate the business and restore morality where it is lacking.
