President Hakainde Hichilema has challenged developed countries to pump in the pledged 100 billion dollars annually towards the impact of climate change.

Speaking upon his arrival from Doha, Qatar where he was attending the Fifth United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries, the head of state says this will show the commitment by the West to fight climate change.
