- CDF Act to be amended to allow for inclusivity so that we do not have a few people getting contracts across the country among other issues;
- We have remained committed and consistent to stopping carderism in markets;
- There is no selective application of law in fight against corruption( past present and future corruption must be fought );
- We have managed to electrify over 50,000 households in rural areas at about 156 million;
- By December over 50 000 households electricity against 39, 000 target
- Anyone who spends more than the market price on boreholes will pay the price. We want quality and delivery on time;
- In 2023 we have prioritized construction of among others (water reticulation to improve water and sanitation using CDF;
- To improve quality of learning environment- we are providing desks to schools across the country using local material ;
- Many of us remember that 20 months ago, we were importing desks. Today, we are making desks using local timber by local capenters The desks will improve the learning environment and the quality of learning ;
11.Policies are important to change the country for the better ;
- We also have a feeding programme in schools- which shall improve learning and quality of education;
- We are creating a favorable environment to encourage exports so as to allow for more revenue to pay workers ;
- The chamber( parliament)must be expanded and it will need money so we need to invest more ;
- We have started working on Market booster loans for youths . GRZ concerned about the welfare of youths in the country;
- Maladministration in the administration of finances will not be tolerated;
- No sacred cows in the fight against corruption ( past , present and future corruption will be fought )
- If you took public money, u did not take it for your tribe, u took it alone and weave engaged traditional leaders not to entertain suspects who go to them when they are arrested; Chiefs have committed themselves to informing govt once suspects go to seek protection;
19.The Media , judiciary, executive , and legislature to work together to stamp out corruption;
- It is embarrassing that countries which were small than Zambia in the economy are ahead of Zambia; we have to work together to improve our economy;
- Our Local communities gate keepers of our resources- govt in 2022 adopted the community national resources management policy- as community are custodians of our national resources;
- We are making progress on upholding our national values and principles – we want to see a nation that is morally and ethical that embraces the value of hardwork .
WE MUST WORK HARD FOR OUR SHARED NATIONAL VALUES AND PRINCIPLES. I AM CONVINCED THAT IF WE WORK TOGETHER , WE SHALL ACHIEVE .
