Police in Lusaka have charged and arrested Mongu Judge in-charge Wilfred Muma with one count of alleged corruption.
Judge Muma is facing the offence of Willful Failure to comply with the law or procedure relating to the allocation and disposal of property.
In a statement released to the media, Police Deputy Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale says Judge Muma is suspected to have expired and cancelled the title of a property in Woodlands area belonging to the Zambia Army and later offered it to the Patriotic Front-PF.
Mr. Mwale adds the suspect has since been released on bond pending a court appearance.
