The Youth Development Movement has called on government to remove rigidities surrounding the disbursement of the Constituency Development Fund-CDF to accommodate more youths on the bursary schemes.

The organisation’s Chairperson Caleb Katimbe says opportunities under CDF should prioritize the education sector to advance means of enabling more students to the system that cannot afford to pay tuition fees.

Mr. Katimbe has also urged students’ countrywide to take keen interest in the allocation of CDF to champion heightened fair sponsorship of young people in higher learning institutions.
