Fifty Million Kwacha has been released for the procurement of a new Linac Machine at the Cancer Diseases Hospital in Lusaka.

CDH Senior Medical Superintendent, Dr. Kennedy Lishimpi, says that out of the five machines at the Hospital, two are completely dysfunctional, while others have been repaired as a temporal measure.

Dr. Lishimpi says the machines are old and need replacement.
