There is a heavy police presence at the Solwezi Magistrate Court in Solwezi District, where 2026 General Elections NRPUP Presidential Candidate Brian Mundubile and his running mate are scheduled to appear before court today to take plea, with possible commencement of trial.
The two are facing two counts of alleged seditious practices.
Their appearance follows an adjournment by Principal Resident Magistrate Mambwe Mukonde when they first appeared before court on 25 September 2026.
The matter is scheduled to come up today, 5 October 2026.
