United Party for National Development UPND Media Director Mark Simuwe says their is need for opposition to debate meaningfully on the UPND government grow agenda for accountability and checks and balances rather than criticizing president’s business visit to the United Arabs Emirates.
Mr. Simuwe says President Hichilema’s visited to the UAE is aimed at strengthening bilateral relations that will help Zambia achieve its 10-10 -5 -3-1-1 grwoth agenda by attracting investors and a market for Zambian produce.
