Mansa Central Member of Parliament Dr. Chitalu Chilufya and six others have been removed as Members of the Central Committee of the Patriotic Front-PF, for not engaging themselves in party activities and without advancing explanations for their absence.
The other members affected included are Dora Siliya, Charles Zulu, Dr. Jonas Chanda, Kutemba Konga, Philip Kosamu and Kabinga Pande.
However, Dr. Chilufya’s case is under further consideration as he notified the Central Committee that he has not been aware of any letter to exculpate himself.
PF Chairperson for Information and Publicity Raphael Nakacinda has confirmed to Diamond news.
