In a quest to equally finalize the matter with former Chipolopolo Head Coach Aljosa Asanovic, the Football Association of Zambia has welcomed the Croat’s desire to report the matter to FIFA.
Asanovic, through his lawyers, gave the Association a 10-day ultimatum starting from September 22 for them to pay what he claims to be owed.
This was after the Croatian born trainer unilaterally terminated his contract with the Association ending his relationship with the Chipolopolo boys.
Sports analyst, Bwezani Mbewe says even if the matter is reported to FIFA, FAZ should not panic because they have a strong ground on which they stand.
Meanwhile, amidst the confusion, the Chipolopolo could not continue their second clash against the Eagles of Mali yesterday due to heavy downpour resulting in cancellation of the game.
