Patriotic Front Acting President Given Lubinda has issued a fierce demand to the ruling UPND, insisting they take full responsibility for the damages caused at the PF Secretariat, where police officers have continued to maintain a heavy presence despite offering no protection to the party.
Mr. Lubinda says the party is documenting every loss and, should the UPND fail to repair the Secretariat, the PF will take decisive action.
He has further revealed that their legal team has already moved to challenge the controversial ex parte order allegedly obtained by Robert Chabinga, adding that fresh contempt proceedings have been launched against him and his associates for masquerading as legitimate party leaders.
United Party for National Development (UPND) Youth Chairman Gilbert Liswaniso has confirmed that the youths who attacked the Patriotic Front (PF) Secretariat in Lusaka were members of the ruling party.
