Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti has reserved her ruling on the continued absence of Chawama Member of Parliament Tasila Lungu from the House.
This follows a point of order raised by Zambezi East MP Brian Kambita, who referenced a submission made by the former First Lady to a South African court indicating that her family does not intend to return to Zambia.
The matter arises amid ongoing contention surrounding the burial of former President Edgar Lungu.
