The department of immigration has re-arrested the 8 Croatians that were set free by the Ndola High Court, on charges of child trafficking.

The four couples were nabbed at Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International Airport, in Ndola.

Lawyer, Kelvin Silwimba, has confirmed the arrest but could not give further details.

On Monday, the Ndola high court dropped the charges of child trafficking against the eight Croatian citizens after the State discontinued the case of attempted trafficking of four children from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
