Five Patriotic Front (PF) Presidential candidates have successfully submitted their applications ahead of the party’s General Conference planned for March 2023.
The five who have since paid a non-refundable 200 thousand kwacha, are Mporokoso Member of Parliament, Brian Mundubile, Lunte Member of Parliament, Mutotwe Kafwaya, Matero Member of Parliament, Miles Sampa, former Defense Minister Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba and former Itezhi Tezhi Member of Parliament Greyford Monde.
Patriotic Front Media Director Antonio Mwanza says the submission of application letters by the candidates will pave the way for filing in of nominations by the candidates at the Party General conference.
